基于產(chǎn)教融合的園藝專業(yè)應用型人才培養(yǎng)模式探索
摘要 以園藝專業(yè)人才培養(yǎng)實踐為基礎(chǔ),針對當前園藝專業(yè)存在的問題與現(xiàn)狀,通過產(chǎn)教融合的方式,采取校企合作的手段使學生掌握園藝學基本理論知識,掌握基本實踐技能,在產(chǎn)業(yè)化現(xiàn)代園藝領(lǐng)域從事技術(shù)推廣與開發(fā)、產(chǎn)業(yè)經(jīng)營與管理、教學與科研等工作,成為具有創(chuàng)新精神和實踐能力的高素質(zhì)復合應用型人才。

Abstract Based on the cultivation practice of talents in horticulture specialty, in view of the existing problems and current situations of horticulture specialty, by means of the integration of industry and education, the university-enterprise cooperation method was used, which made students to master the basic theory knowledge of horticultural science, and get basic practice skills, and engage in the technology popularization and development, industrial operation and management, teaching and scientific research in modern industrialized horticulture, thus become high-quality compound applied talents with innovative spirit and practice ability.

產(chǎn)教融合是指一些高等學校根據(jù)其院校設置的專業(yè),大力開辦專業(yè)相關(guān)的產(chǎn)業(yè),讓教學與產(chǎn)業(yè)相結(jié)合,教學支持產(chǎn)業(yè)人才培養(yǎng)、產(chǎn)業(yè)支持教學改革,在專業(yè)領(lǐng)域和技術(shù)應用方面互相借鑒,力爭將專業(yè)學校打造成人才培養(yǎng)、產(chǎn)業(yè)進步融為一體的服務型實體,形成學校與企業(yè)相互融合的辦學模式。(剩余6714字)
