低溫弱光對甜瓜種子萌發(fā)和幼苗生長的影響

摘要 以8個甜瓜種質(zhì)為試驗材料，研究低溫弱光脅迫對甜瓜不同品種萌發(fā)期和苗期相關(guān)性狀的影響。結(jié)果表明，8個甜瓜種質(zhì)在萌發(fā)期低溫脅迫下種子發(fā)芽指數(shù)均低于對照，苗期低溫脅迫下的株高、葉片葉綠素含量、地下鮮重和地上干重均低于對照，且不同品種指標的降低幅度不同，表明不同品種對低溫弱光的耐性不同。

Effects of Low Temperature and Weak Light on Seed Germination and Seedling Growth of Melon

Abstract 8 melon germplasms were exposed to low temperature and weak light to study the effect on the related parameters at germination and seedling stage. Results showed that the germination index， plant height， chlorophyll content in leaves， shoot dry weight and root fresh weight in the low temperature and weak light treatment of all germplasms was lower than the control treatment， at the germination and seedling stage respectively. However， the decreased values of the mentioned parameters were different among 8 melon germplasms， which indicated that the tolerance to low temperature and weak light was different.
