香茅精油研究進(jìn)展

摘 要：香茅精油系從香茅草提取的油狀物，在日常飲食調(diào)味、日化及醫(yī)用等方面應(yīng)用廣泛。該文綜述了香茅精油的積累規(guī)律、精油提取方法、化學(xué)成分及其生物活性等方面的研究進(jìn)展，以期為香茅精油的功能擴(kuò)展、香茅草應(yīng)用推廣提供參考。

Abstract： Citronella essential oil， which is extracted from citronella， is widely used in food flavor， daily-chemistry and medical. In order to provide theoretical guidance for the function expansion of citronella essential oil and the promotion application of citronella， the research progress of citronella essential oil accumulation， extraction methods， chemical composition and biological activity were reviewed.
