不同矮化劑對(duì)蝴蝶蘭‘V3’生長(zhǎng)的影響

摘 要:為研究矮化劑對(duì)蝴蝶蘭花梗長(zhǎng)度、粗度、開(kāi)花性狀的影響,以蝴蝶蘭‘V3’為試驗(yàn)材料,用不同濃度的助壯素、多效唑、比久處理梗長(zhǎng)0~5cm的蝴蝶蘭品種‘V3’。結(jié)果表明,多效唑處理的效果較助壯素、比久均好,當(dāng)濃度為2000倍濃度時(shí)矮化效果最佳,既達(dá)到了矮化效果,又不影響花序長(zhǎng)度及開(kāi)花朵數(shù)。

Abstract: In order to study the effect of dwarfing agents on the pedicel length thickness, and flowering characteristics of Phalaenopsis, this experiment uses phalaenopsis ′V3′ as the material, and different concentrations of mepiquat, paclobutrazol, and bijiu are used to treat phalaenopsis ′V3′ with a stem length of 0-5cm.the results showed that the paclobutrazol treatment effect is better than mepiquat, and the dwarfing effect is the best when the concentration is 2000 times the concentration.The dwarfing effect is achieved without affecting the length of the inflorescence and the number of blooming flowers.
