摘 要：文章以遵義師范學(xué)院為例，在推動落實中把辦學(xué)治校融入地方經(jīng)濟社會發(fā)展需要進行探索，主要表現(xiàn)在聚焦人才培養(yǎng)、教育教學(xué)、科學(xué)研究、文化傳承與創(chuàng)新、服務(wù)地方等方面，積極發(fā)揮作用，助力落實《關(guān)于支持貴州在新時代西部大開發(fā)上闖新路的意見》各項決策部署，為貴州高質(zhì)量發(fā)展和現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)貢獻人力、智力和方案。

Abstract： Taking Zunyi Normal University as an example， this article explores the integration of school management into the needs of local economic and social development in promoting implementation. It mainly focuses on talent cultivation， education and teaching， scientific research， cultural inheritance and innovation， and serving the local community. It actively plays a role in helping to implement the decision-making arrangements of The Opinions on Supporting Guizhou to Explore New Paths in the Western Development of the New Era， and contributes manpower， intelligence， and solutions to the high-quality development and modernization construction of Guizhou.

2022年1月26日，國務(wù)院印發(fā)《關(guān)于支持貴州在新時代西部大開發(fā)上闖新路的意見》（國發(fā)〔2022〕2號）（以下簡稱新國發(fā)2號文件），從建設(shè)西部大開發(fā)綜合改革示范區(qū)、全面推進鄉(xiāng)村振興和新型城鎮(zhèn)化、推動內(nèi)陸開放型經(jīng)濟試驗區(qū)建設(shè)提檔升級、加快構(gòu)建以數(shù)字經(jīng)濟為引領(lǐng)的現(xiàn)代產(chǎn)業(yè)體系、持之以恒推進生態(tài)文明建設(shè)、提高保障和改善民生水平、強化重點領(lǐng)域安全保障和風(fēng)險防范7個方面給予了政策支持，推動貴州到2035年與全國同步基本實現(xiàn)社會主義現(xiàn)代化。（剩余6461字）
