有色金屬企業(yè)制造運營指標數(shù)字化管理系統(tǒng)設計與實現(xiàn)

摘要：該文針對有色金屬企業(yè)，設計并實現(xiàn)了一套制造運營指標數(shù)字化管理系統(tǒng)。系統(tǒng)以多層級數(shù)據(jù)采集和計算為核心，融合前沿數(shù)字化技術，實時監(jiān)測生產狀態(tài)，通過關鍵指標分析模型和權重系數(shù)提供運營評價，助力企業(yè)智能化管理持續(xù)改進，推動數(shù)字化、智能化轉型。

Abstract： This paper designs and implements a digital management system for manufacturing operation indicators specifically tailored for non-ferrous metal enterprises. The system， centered around multi-level data collection and computation， integrates cutting-edge digital technologies to monitor production status in real-time. By utilizing key indicator analysis models and weight coefficients， it provides operational evaluations， thereby facilitating intelligent management， continuous improvement， and driving the digital and intelligent transformation of enterprises.
