電信數(shù)據(jù)資產(chǎn)管理的研究與探索

摘要：文章從數(shù)據(jù)資產(chǎn)入手，對數(shù)據(jù)資產(chǎn)的定義進(jìn)行了梳理，并通過對國內(nèi)外數(shù)據(jù)資產(chǎn)管理方案的研究，提出了基于電信數(shù)據(jù)的資產(chǎn)管理模型。該模型一方面對數(shù)據(jù)目錄進(jìn)行了定義，另一方面可基于數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行定性分析。

Research and Exploration of Telecom Data Asset Management

Abstract： This paper sorts out the definition of data assets， and puts forward an asset management model based on telecom data by studying the data asset management schemes at home and abroad. The model defines the data catalog on the one hand， and can conduct qualitative analysis based on the data on the other hand.
