摘要：文章根據(jù)協(xié)同創(chuàng)新理論的觀點，提出涵括組織協(xié)調(diào)、技術(shù)協(xié)同、資源協(xié)同和管理協(xié)同的管理體系，充分實現(xiàn)整個公司縱橫向的協(xié)同與整合，構(gòu)建協(xié)同創(chuàng)新的視頻會商管理體系，保障視頻會商系統(tǒng)高效落地。

Abstract： This study proposes a management system that includes organizational coordination， technical coordination， resource coordination and management coordination， fully realizes the vertical and horizontal coordination and integration of the entire company， builds a collaborative innovation video conference management system， and ensures the efficient implementation of the video conference system.
