面向高端裝備制造企業(yè)的倉儲管理系統(tǒng)設計與應用

摘要：文章針對高端裝備制造企業(yè)生產(chǎn)過程中倉儲庫存管理需求，設計了倉儲管理系統(tǒng)，從系統(tǒng)總體架構(gòu)、系統(tǒng)主體功能兩個方面進行設計分析，并給出主要設計思路。該系統(tǒng)可以使得高端裝備制造領域企業(yè)在車間級物料管理方面，實現(xiàn)車間物料柔性化、精益化、透明化管理目標。

Abstract： In view of the storage inventory management requirements in the production process of a high-end equipment manufacturing enterprise， the storage management system is designed and applied， and the design analysis is carried out from two aspects： the overall architecture of the system， the main functions of the system and the main design ideas are given. The implementation of this system can enable high-end equipment manufacturing enterprises to achieve the goal of flexible， lean and transparent management of workshop materials in workshop level material management.

隨著行業(yè)的發(fā)展和擴容，高端裝備制造企業(yè)的多品種變批量生產(chǎn)制造模式對倉庫物料[1]的管理要求日益增高，伴隨著RFID技術[2，3]、條碼掃描識別技術[4]、自動化物流技術[5]、物聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術[6，7]在企業(yè)車間倉儲管理業(yè)務中的逐步深入應用，智能化在倉儲管理系統(tǒng)獲得廣泛關注，對倉庫實行智能化管理[5]成為了重中之重。（剩余3456字）
