基于車城網(wǎng)的智慧路口應(yīng)用研究與設(shè)計

摘要：車城網(wǎng)以支撐智慧交通、智慧城市、自動駕駛等應(yīng)用為導(dǎo)向，在試點區(qū)域道路構(gòu)建集感知、通信、計算等能力為一體的智慧路口。文章從智慧路口的部署方案、車城網(wǎng)平臺支撐功能、智慧路口綜合服務(wù)三方面做出介紹，為車城網(wǎng)的智慧路口解決方案提供一些參考。

Application Research and Design of Smart Intersections Based on Vehicle City Network

Abstract： Guided by supporting applications such as smart transportation， smart city， and autonomous driving， Vehicle City Network builds smart intersections integrating perception， communication， and computing capabilities on roads in pilot areas. This paper based on the vehicle city network from the smart intersection deployment scheme， car city network platform support function， and smart intersection comprehensive service three aspects to make an introduction， has a certain guiding role for the vehicle city network smart intersection solution.

0  引言

2020年8月，住房和城鄉(xiāng)建設(shè)部、中央網(wǎng)信辦、科技部、工業(yè)和信息化部等聯(lián)合下發(fā)了《關(guān)于加快推進(jìn)新型城市基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)的指導(dǎo)意見》，加快推進(jìn)基于信息化、數(shù)字化、智能化的新型城市基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)（以下簡稱“新城建”），以“新城建”對接新型基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)，引領(lǐng)城市轉(zhuǎn)型升級，推進(jìn)城市現(xiàn)代化，并提出七項重點任務(wù)，“協(xié)同發(fā)展智慧城市與智能網(wǎng)聯(lián)汽車”是其中之一[1]。（剩余2962字）
