基于OPC UA技術(shù)的鐵路客車蓄電池測試系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)

摘要:文章提出了一套基于OPC UA的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化架構(gòu),可以將各個分散的檢測過程數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行整合,實(shí)現(xiàn)實(shí)時互通。利用標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的OPC UA架構(gòu),實(shí)現(xiàn)對各不同種類的蓄電池在不同檢修工藝下的統(tǒng)一管理,設(shè)計(jì)了一套工藝擴(kuò)展靈活、設(shè)備搭配自由的鐵路客車蓄電池檢修測試標(biāo)準(zhǔn)系統(tǒng)。

Design of Battery Testing System for Railway Passenger Cars Based on OPC UA Technology

Abstract: This paper proposes a standardized architecture based on OPC UA, which can integrate the scattered detection process data to achieve real-time interoperability. The standard OPC UA architecture is used to realize the unified management of different types of batteries under different maintenance processes, and complete a set of railway passenger car battery maintenance test standard system with flexible process expansion and free equipment collocation.
