我國(guó)食品快檢技術(shù)發(fā)展策略分析
摘 要:食品快檢技術(shù)作為現(xiàn)代檢測(cè)技術(shù)的重要組成部分,對(duì)提高食品安全監(jiān)管水平有重要意義。然而,我國(guó)食品快檢技術(shù)的發(fā)展尚處于初級(jí)階段,與發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家相比還存在一定差距。鑒于此,本文介紹食品快檢技術(shù)的定義和意義,分析我國(guó)食品快檢技術(shù)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀及應(yīng)用情況,并提出推動(dòng)我國(guó)食品快檢技術(shù)發(fā)展的對(duì)策建議,以供參考。

Abstract: As an important component of modern testing technology, food rapid inspection technology is of great significance in improving the level of food safety supervision. However, the development of fast food inspection technology in China is still in its early stages, and there is still a certain gap compared to developed countries. In view of this, this article introduces the definition and significance of food rapid testing technology, analyzes the development status and application of food rapid testing technology in China, and proposes countermeasures and suggestions to promote the development of food rapid testing technology in China for reference.
