牙種植再生口腔修復(fù)膜與鈦膜引導(dǎo)骨修復(fù)成功率及安全性

摘要:比較牙種植再生中口腔修復(fù)膜材料與鈦膜引導(dǎo)骨的修復(fù)成功率及安全性。根據(jù)“隨機(jī)數(shù)字表法”分組,參照組55例患者采納鈦膜材料;觀察組55例患者采納海奧口腔修復(fù)膜材料,2組修復(fù)效果均在修復(fù)1周后評(píng)價(jià)其修復(fù)成功率、植骨密度、骨厚度、并發(fā)癥發(fā)生率、患者滿意度。結(jié)果表明:觀察組修復(fù)成功率為98.18%、植骨密度2.56 mm和骨厚度2.69 mm均高于參照組,且差異顯著(P

Success rate and safety of dental implant regeneration
and titanium membrane guided bone repairWANG Jian
(Suzhou Kowloon Hospital,Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine,Suzhou 215000,Jiangsu China)Abstract:To compare the success rate and safety of dental restoration membrane material and titanium membrane guided bone in dental implant regeneration. According to the “random number table method”, 55 patients in the reference group were treated with titanium membrane material, and 55 patients in the observation group were treated with Haiao oral repair membrane material. The repair effects of the two groups were evaluated one week after repair, and the repair success rate, bone density, bone thickness, complication rate and patient satisfaction were compared between the two groups. The results showed that the success rate of repair in the observation group was 98.18%, the bone density of 2.56 mm and the bone thickness of 2.69 mm were higher than those in the reference group, and the difference was significant (P<0.05); The bone mass deficiency rate of 0%, rejection rate of 1.82% and implant loosening rate of 0% in the observation group were lower than those in the reference group, but the difference was not significant (P>0.05); The incidence of complications in the observation group was 1.82% lower than that in the reference group, and the difference was significant (P<0.05); Patients satisfaction was 96.36% higher than that of the reference group, but the difference was not significant (P>0.05). It is suggested that dental restorative membrane materials can improve the success rate of dental implant regeneration in patients with tooth loss, promote bone grafting, bone growth and development, and reduce complications.
