物流智能配送中心運(yùn)輸帶粘接技術(shù)

摘要：物流智能配送中心的運(yùn)輸帶在正常工作的過(guò)程中由于尖銳物件的錐刺、外加力的扭斷以及機(jī)械應(yīng)力過(guò)大，難免會(huì)對(duì)運(yùn)輸帶造成損害出現(xiàn)斷裂和破損等問(wèn)題，對(duì)物流中心的正常運(yùn)輸造成影響。通過(guò)對(duì)運(yùn)輸帶粘接技術(shù)研究制定了一套適用于物流智能配送中心的運(yùn)輸帶，使皮帶粘接強(qiáng)度得到提升，確保物流智能配送中心的正常運(yùn)行。

Adhesive technology of conveyor belt in logistics

（Xi’an Traffic Engineering Institute，Xi’an 710065 ， China）Abstract：In the course of normal operation， the transportation belt of the logistics intelligent distribution centers sharp objects coning， external forces twisting and mechanical stress， unavoidably， it will cause damage to the transportation belt， and some problems， such as fracture and breakage， will affect the normal transportation of the logistics center. In this paper， a set of transportation belt which is suitable for logistics intelligent distribution center is developed by studying the adhesive technology of conveyor belt， so as to enhance the adhesive strength of belt and ensure the normal operation of logistics intelligent distribution center.
