間接粘接技術(shù)在正畸托槽粘接強(qiáng)度分析

摘要:研究間接粘接技術(shù)在正畸托槽粘連結(jié)中的強(qiáng)度。選取正畸患者共50例,需要1 000個(gè)托槽,隨機(jī)分成A、B組,各組25名患者(500個(gè)托槽);A組選擇間接粘接技術(shù),B組選擇直接粘接技術(shù),采用相同的方法進(jìn)行粘接托槽,進(jìn)行分析比較2個(gè)組在粘接后托槽的脫落率、粘結(jié)劑殘留、抗剪切強(qiáng)度。結(jié)果表明:A組的脫落率小于B組,說(shuō)明A組間接粘接法比B組直接粘接法牢固(P

Trength analysis of indirect bonding technique

(Department of Stomatology, Tangshan Hongci Hospital, Tangshan 063000, Hebei China)Abstract:To study the strength of indirect bonding technique in orthodontic bracket bonding, total of 50 orthodontic patients in Beijing Peoples Hospital who needed 1 000 brackets were selected and randomly divided into group A and group B with 25 patients (500 brackets) in each group. Indirect bonding technology was selected for group A, and direct bonding technology was selected for group B. The same bonding method was used for bonding brackets. The shedding rate, binder residue and shear strength of the brackets after bonding were compared between the two groups.
