摘 要：研究殼聚糖止血材料在婦產(chǎn)科護(hù)理中的生物相溶性和安全性。試驗分為殼聚糖止血材料組、常規(guī)性手術(shù)紗布組，每組各50例，統(tǒng)計兩組患者的手術(shù)成功情況、臨床療效、手術(shù)相關(guān)指標(biāo)、術(shù)后并發(fā)癥發(fā)生情況、護(hù)理滿意度、舒適度、生存質(zhì)量。結(jié)果表明：殼聚糖止血材料組患者的手術(shù)成功率98.00%高于常規(guī)性手術(shù)紗布組80.00%（P

Analysis of biocompatibility and safety of chitosan hemostatic material in nursing of obstetrics and gynecology

Abstract： To study the biocompatibility and safety of chitosan hemostatic material in obstetrics and gynecology nursing. The experiment was divided into chitosan hemostatic material group and routine surgical gauze group， with 50 cases in each group. The operation success， clinical efficacy， operation related indexes， postoperative complications， nursing satisfaction， comfort and quality of life of the two groups were counted. The results showed that the operation success rate of chitosan hemostatic material group was 98.00% higher than that of routine operation gauze group （80.00%） （P
