鑄造法對(duì)運(yùn)動(dòng)器材用鎂合金疲勞性能研究

摘 要:分別運(yùn)用傳統(tǒng)鑄造法和擠壓鑄造法制備用于運(yùn)動(dòng)器材中的鎂合金,并對(duì)其進(jìn)行疲勞性能測(cè)試,通過測(cè)試結(jié)果可以得知:運(yùn)用擠壓鑄造法制備的鎂合金疲勞性能要遠(yuǎn)高于運(yùn)用傳統(tǒng)鑄造法制備的鎂合金,應(yīng)用于運(yùn)動(dòng)器材之中,可增強(qiáng)其韌性,延長(zhǎng)使用壽命。

Study on fatigue performance of magnesium alloy used in sports equipment by casting method

Abstract: This paper uses traditional casting method and squeeze casting method to prepare magnesium alloys used in sports equipment, and conducts fatigue performance tests. The test results show that magnesium alloys prepared by squeeze casting method The fatigue performance is much higher than that of magnesium alloys prepared by traditional casting methods. When used in sports equipment, it can enhance its toughness and extend its service life.
