基于有限元求解的輸電塔上下柱節(jié)點分析研究

摘 要:采用ANSYS有限元分析軟件對該節(jié)點建立三維有限元模型,進(jìn)行了靜力分析,以得到該類結(jié)構(gòu)體系在靜力荷載作用下的受力性能。結(jié)果表明:支座底板下加勁肋下部的加強(qiáng)環(huán)能有效降低節(jié)點區(qū)的應(yīng)力幅值,節(jié)點最大應(yīng)力發(fā)生在加勁肋下部的加強(qiáng)環(huán)與下柱相交處,并滿足強(qiáng)度要求。

Analysis and research of transmission tower upper and lower column joints based on finite element solution
Abstract: In this paper, a three-dimensional finite element model of the joint is established by using ANSYS finite element analysis software, and the static analysis is carried out. The results show that the reinforcement ring at the lower part of the stiffener under the base plate of the support can effectively reduce the stress amplitude in the joint area the maximum stress of the joint occurs at the intersection of the stiffener ring and the lower column, which meets the strength requirements.
