整形修復(fù)治療在手部燒傷瘢痕攣縮畸形患者中的應(yīng)用效果

[摘 要]目的 探究對(duì)手部燒傷瘢痕攣縮畸形患者實(shí)施整形修復(fù)治療的效果。方法 選取我院2020年8月-2023年8月收治的52例手部燒傷瘢痕攣縮畸形患者為研究對(duì)象，隨機(jī)分為參照組和觀察組，各26例。參照組給予常規(guī)手術(shù)治療，觀察組給予整形修復(fù)治療，比較兩組臨床療效、生活質(zhì)量及外觀滿意度。結(jié)果 觀察組治療總有效率為92.31%，高于參照組的69.23%，差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P

[Abstract]Objective To explore the effect of plastic repair for patients with burn scar contracture deformity in hand. Methods A total of 52 patients with burn scar contracture deformity in hand admitted to our hospital from August 2020 to August 2023 were randomly divided into reference group and observation group， with 26 patients in each group. The reference group was given routine surgical treatment， and the observation group was given plastic repair treatment.
