[摘 要]目的 評估微型種植體支抗用于青少年口腔正畸中的效果。方法 選取我院2019年5月-2020年5月收治的100例青少年口腔正畸患者為研究對象，采用隨機數(shù)字表法分為對照組與觀察組，各50例。對照組予以常規(guī)正畸治療，觀察組予以微型種植體支抗治療，比較兩組正畸效果、咀嚼功能及不良反應發(fā)生情況。結(jié)果 觀察組上中切牙凸距差、上中切牙傾角差大于對照組，磨牙移位小于對照組（P

Application Value of Micro Implant Anchorage in Adolescent Orthodontics

[Abstract]Objective To evaluate the effect of micro implant anchorage in adolescent orthodontics. Methods A total of 100 adolescent orthodontic patients admitted to our hospital from May 2019 to May 2020 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method， with 50 patients in each group. The control group was treated with conventional orthodontic treatment， and the observation group was treated with micro implant anchorage. The orthodontic effect， chewing function and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.
