不同功能障礙的腦卒中患者康復輔助器具的使用調(diào)查

摘 要 目的:調(diào)查不同功能障礙的腦卒中患者對于康復輔助器具(簡稱“輔具”)的使用情況。方法:統(tǒng)計346例腦卒中患者輔具配備情況,根據(jù)巴塞爾指數(shù)評定量表比較不同功能障礙患者對不同輔具的需求情況。結果:244例患者配備了輔具,共401件,人均1.6件。重度依賴患者對于輪椅的需求率高于中度和輕度依賴患者,對于踝足矯形器和手杖的需求率低于輕度依賴患者;中度依賴患者對于踝足矯形器和手杖的需求率低于輕度依賴患者(均P

Investigation on the use of rehabilitation assistive devices in stroke patients with different dysfunctions

ABSTRACT Objective: To investigate the use of assistive devices in stroke patients with different dysfunction. Methods: A total of 346 cases of stroke patients with assistive devices were counted and the needs of patients with different functional dysfunction for different assistive devices were compared according to the Barthel index score. Results: Two hundred and forty-four patients were equipped with assistive devices, a total of 401 pieces, 1.6 pieces per person on average.
