電子元器件檢驗過程控制及優(yōu)化措施研究

【摘要】抽樣檢驗是成品檢驗過程中一種常用的檢驗方法，以少數(shù)樣品的檢驗結(jié)果來評價整批元器件的質(zhì)量，因此提交檢驗的樣本、樣品的抽取以及試驗過程的控制，在整個檢驗過程中相當(dāng)重要。本文結(jié)合實際工作中檢驗情況，簡要闡述如何做好檢驗過程的控制。

Abstract： Sampling inspection is a common inspection method in the inspection process， to a few samples of the test results， to evaluate the quality of the whole batch of components， so sample extraction， test process control， in the whole inspection process is very important， combined with the actual work of the inspection situation， briefly describes how to do a good job in the inspection process control.
