電感耦合等離子體-原子發(fā)射光譜法測定銅精礦有害元素的不確定度評定

【摘要】本文采用電感耦合等離子體-原子發(fā)射光譜法(ICP-OES)測定銅精礦有害元素,并對測量結(jié)果進(jìn)行不確定度評定,分別對重復(fù)測量和定容體積、工作曲線和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)溶液的稀釋、試樣稱量、電感耦合等離子體發(fā)射光譜儀等影響測量不確定度的分量進(jìn)行分析,為測定銅精礦有害元素的不確定度評定提供依據(jù)。

Evaluation of Uncertainty in the Determination of Harmful Elements in Copper Concentrate by Inductively Coupled Plasma Atomic Emission Spectroscopy

Abstract: This article describes the use of inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectroscopy (ICP-OES) to determine the levels of harmful elements in copper concentrate. It also discusses the assessment of measurement uncertainty by considering factors such as repeatability, volume adjustment, working curves, dilution of standard solutions, sample weighing, and the influence of the inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectrometer. These analyses provide a basis for the evaluation of uncertainty in the determination of harmful elements in copper concentrate.
