【摘要】 本文運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)分析法對相關(guān)政策解讀，研究新型研發(fā)機(jī)構(gòu)的內(nèi)涵和特點(diǎn)，分析遼寧省新型研發(fā)機(jī)構(gòu)典型案例并總結(jié)經(jīng)驗(yàn)，為今后科技創(chuàng)新發(fā)展提供支持和借鑒。

Connotation of New R&D Institutions and Analysis of Typical Cases

Abstract： This article uses research analysis and relevant policy interpretation to study the connotation and characteristics of new research institutions，summarizes and analyzes typical cases of new research institutions in Liaoning province，and provides support and examples for future technological innovation and development.
