大型項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量管理研究

【摘要】 大型復(fù)雜項(xiàng)目具有項(xiàng)目周期較長、項(xiàng)目規(guī)模較大、干系人構(gòu)成復(fù)雜等特點(diǎn)，所以項(xiàng)目建設(shè)過程中管理質(zhì)量問題和產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量問題發(fā)生的概率及產(chǎn)生的影響也隨之增加。本文將從規(guī)劃質(zhì)量管理、管理質(zhì)量、控制質(zhì)量等幾個(gè)方面，闡述項(xiàng)目建設(shè)過程中如何做好質(zhì)量管理。

Abstract： Large-scale and complex projects have the characteristics of long project cycle，large project scale，complex stakeholder composition，etc. Therefore，the probability and impact of management quality problems and product quality problems in the process of project construction also increase. This article will explain how to do a good job in quality management in the process of project construction from the aspects of planning quality management，management quality and quality control.
