【摘 要】燃?xì)鈬娮焓菤怏w發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)實(shí)現(xiàn)氣體燃料定量噴射的關(guān)鍵部件,為了掌握燃?xì)鈬娮斓膰姎饬髁刻匦?,設(shè)計(jì)搭建一套流量測(cè)試系統(tǒng),可成功實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)燃?xì)鈬娮斓牧髁繀?shù)的測(cè)量。經(jīng)試驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證,系統(tǒng)測(cè)量精度高,完全滿足測(cè)量需求,在燃?xì)鈬娮炝髁繖z測(cè)、一致性檢驗(yàn)、狀態(tài)判斷等方面具有較高的實(shí)用價(jià)值。

Design of Gas Nozzle Flow Measurement System for Gas Engine

【Abstract】Gas nozzle is a key component of gas engine to realize quantitative injection of gas fuel. In order to master the jet flow characteristics of gas nozzle, a flow detection system is designed and built, and the flow parameters of gas nozzle are measured successfully. The experimental results show that the system has high measurement accuracy, fully meets the measurement requirements, and is of high practical value in gas nozzle flow detection, consistency test, state judgment and other aspects.
