淺談線束原材料降本

【摘  要】汽車線束作為主導(dǎo)汽車線束電流和信號傳輸?shù)妮d體，在承載整車功能實現(xiàn)的同時，因其自身包含大量的附件，也就占據(jù)比較大的整車成本比例。文章從影響汽車線束的原材料成本入手，分析原材料對成本的影響以及原材料降本方式，以此為汽車線束設(shè)計提供參考。

【Abstract】As the carrier that dominates the current and signal transmission of automotive wiring harnesses，automotive wiring harnesses not only carry the functions of the entire vehicle，but also account for a relatively large proportion of the vehicle's cost due to their large number of accessories. This article will start with the cost of raw materials that affect automotive wiring harnesses，analyze the impact of raw materials on costs，and provide reference for the design of automotive wiring harnesses through cost reduction methods of raw materials.
