【摘  要】隨著卡車電氣化趨勢發(fā)展的深入，各類電控系統(tǒng)也隨之增多，而CAN總線作為控制器之間通信的橋梁，其作用日益顯現(xiàn)。卡車制造階段因生產(chǎn)操作、制件品質(zhì)等因素會(huì)造成一系列的CAN總線方面的電氣故障，通常這類故障相對于其他硬線故障更加復(fù)雜，值得分析和學(xué)習(xí)。

【Abstract】With the development of truck electrification trend，all kinds of electronic control systems are also increasing. As a communication bridge between controllers，CAN-bus plays an increasingly important role. In the truck manufacturing stage，a series of CAN-bus faults will be caused by production operation，part quality and other factors. Compared with other hard-wire faults，such faults are usually more complex and worthy of analysis and learning.

1  前言

CAN總線方面的電氣故障現(xiàn)象雖復(fù)雜多樣，但也存在較強(qiáng)的規(guī)律性，本文只選取卡車制造端部分常見的CAN總線故障案例加以探討，同時(shí)為精簡內(nèi)容、縮短篇幅，文中多幅插圖將被復(fù)用。（剩余4801字）
