中醫(yī)藥治療神經(jīng)根型頸椎病研究進(jìn)展

【摘 要】 神經(jīng)根型頸椎病，屬中醫(yī)學(xué)“痹癥”范疇，作為臨床診療工作中最常見的骨科疾病之一。文章簡述其中醫(yī)學(xué)病因病機(jī)，并對近5年來中醫(yī)藥治療神經(jīng)根型頸椎病的研究文獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)整理，以期為臨床診療本病提供參考和思路。

Research Progress in the Treatment of Cervical Radiculopathy with Traditional Chinese Medicine

Abstract：Cervical radiculopathy，which belongs to the category of “arthralgia” in traditional Chinese medicine，is one of the most common orthopedic diseases in clinical diagnosis and treatment. This article briefly describes the medical etiology and pathogenesis of cervical radiculopathy，and systematically collates the research literature on the treatment of cervical radiculopathy by traditional Chinese medicine in the past 5 years，in order to provide reference and ideas for clinical diagnosis and treatment of this disease.
