中醫(yī)藥治療糖尿病足潰瘍的研究進展

【摘 要】 糖尿病足潰瘍是糖尿病最嚴重的慢性并發(fā)癥之一。文章介紹了中醫(yī)對糖尿病足潰瘍病名的認識，簡述了糖尿病足潰瘍的病因病機，回顧并分析了中醫(yī)不同治法對糖尿病足潰瘍創(chuàng)面愈合的治療效果，以期為臨床相關(guān)研究提供診治思路和方法。

Abstract：Diabetic foot ulcer is one of the most serious chronic complications of diabetes. This paper introduces the understanding of the name of diabetic foot ulcer in Chinese medicine， briefly describes the etiology and pathogenesis of diabetic foot ulcer， and reviews and analyzes the therapeutic effect of different TCM treatments on the wound healing of diabetic foot ulcer， in order to provide the diagnosis and treatment ideas and methods for clinical research.
