基于對(duì)腫瘤微環(huán)境的影響探討生物堿的抗腫瘤作用

【摘 要】 腫瘤微環(huán)境對(duì)腫瘤的細(xì)胞增殖、遷移、侵襲以及腫瘤血管新生具有重要影響?，F(xiàn)代藥理研究發(fā)現(xiàn)多種生物堿具有抗腫瘤作用，文章從對(duì)于腫瘤微環(huán)境的影響角度出發(fā)，探討中藥生物堿成分的抗腫瘤作用，為生物堿抗腫瘤作用的開(kāi)發(fā)利用提供理論支持。

The Discussion About the Anti-tumor Effect of Alkaloids based on The Influence on the Tumor Microenvironment

Abstract：The tumor microenvironment is important to the tumor cell proliferation， migration， invasion， as well as the tumor angiogenesis. Modern pharmacological studies have found that a variety of alkaloids have anti-tumor effects. From the perspective of the influence on tumor microenvironment， this paper discuss the anti-tumor effects of the alkaloids of traditional Chinese medicine， so as to provide the theoretical support for the development and utilization of the anti-tumor effects of alkaloids.
