從中醫(yī)“整體觀”探討腸道菌群失調(diào)與結(jié)直腸癌發(fā)病的關(guān)系

【摘 要】 腸道微生態(tài)理論、研究技術(shù)及方法等的發(fā)展，為中醫(yī)藥的研究打開了一扇門，腸道菌群與宿主的關(guān)系，體現(xiàn)著局部與整體的系統(tǒng)觀，與中醫(yī)“整體觀”不謀而合。現(xiàn)代研究證實腸道菌群與結(jié)直腸癌的發(fā)生、發(fā)展及預(yù)后有著密切關(guān)系，故文章將從中醫(yī)的整體觀念出發(fā)，探討腸道菌群失調(diào)與結(jié)直腸癌之間的關(guān)系。

Exploring Relationship Between Intestinal Flora Imbalance and Colorectal Cancer in TCM Based on “Holistic View”

Abstract：The development of intestinal microecology theory， research techniques and methods has opened a door for the research of Chinese medicine. The relationship between the intestinal flora and the host reflects the systemic view of the local and the whole， which coincides with the “holistic view” of Chinese medicine. Modern research has confirmed that intestinal flora has a close relationship with the occurrence， development and prognosis of colorectal cancer， so this article will explore the relationship between intestinal flora disturbance and colorectal cancer from the holistic concept of Chinese medicine.
