綠色發(fā)展標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化研究

摘要：為實(shí)現(xiàn)碳達(dá)峰、碳中和，推進(jìn)綠色發(fā)展，分析新發(fā)展格局下碳達(dá)峰、碳中和的重要意義及挑戰(zhàn)，在碳達(dá)峰、碳中和背景下，對綠色發(fā)展標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化進(jìn)一步研究。加強(qiáng)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化在推進(jìn)綠色發(fā)展中有著基礎(chǔ)性、引領(lǐng)性的作用，完善綠色發(fā)展標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化，在推進(jìn)碳達(dá)峰、碳中和進(jìn)程中起著重要作用。

Abstract： In order to achieve carbon peak and carbon neutrality and promote green development， analyze the important significance and challenges of carbon peak and carbon neutrality under the new development pattern. Under this background， further research on the standardization of green development. Strengthening standardization has a fundamental and leading role in promoting green development， and improving green development standardization. Green development standardization plays an important role in advancing the process of carbon peaking and carbon neutrality.
