中國糧食安全問題的多維研究

摘要：糧食安全的重要性不言而喻。文章結(jié)合實際，對糧食安全中的糧食政策法規(guī)、糧食生產(chǎn)能力、糧食購銷狀況、糧食產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展、糧食安全考核和糧食發(fā)展趨勢等6個問題進行了分析，并提出將“谷物自給率”納入監(jiān)測預警范圍、糧食購銷上一味的全部放開或過度保護都不可取、糧食安全無近憂但須遠慮等觀點。

Multidimensional Research on Food Security in China

Abstract： The importance of grain safety is self-evident. In combination with the actual situation， this article analyzes 6 issues， including grain policy and regulations， grain production capacity， grain purchase and sales status， grain industry development， grain safety assessment， and grain development trends. It’s also suggested that the "grain self-sufficiency rate" should be included in the scope of early warning， the blindness or over-protection of the food purchase and sales are not desirable， the food safety has no sadness in the near future， but it must have long-term consideration.
