摘  要：針對目前1#、2#、3#樓外墻施工過程中發(fā)現(xiàn)的問題，為加強(qiáng)現(xiàn)場質(zhì)量管控，創(chuàng)造優(yōu)質(zhì)合格產(chǎn)品，更好進(jìn)行房屋銷售，樹立企業(yè)質(zhì)量品牌，現(xiàn)對外墻施工進(jìn)行詳細(xì)技術(shù)方案交底以及相關(guān)管理流程分析。
