摘  要：軸承自動壓裝系統(tǒng)可實現(xiàn)輪對軸頸數(shù)據(jù)自動讀取、待壓輪對預判、軸承自動選配、工件輸送、壓裝引套及壓頭自動更換、自動檢測軸承是否卡滯和壓裝曲線自動判斷等自動化工作流程，避免工傷、降低勞動強度，大幅提高生產作業(yè)效率和質量。

Abstract： The automatic bearing pressing system can realize automatic work flow， such as automatic reading of wheelset journal data， pre-judgment of pressurized wheelset， automatic selection of bearing， conveying of workpiece， automatic replacement of pressure head， automatic detection of whether the bearing is stuck， automatic judgment of pressing curve and so on， so as to avoid industrial injury， reduce labor intensity， and greatly improve the efficiency and quality of production.

隨著鐵路貨車輪軸檢修數(shù)量劇增，輪對軸承壓裝數(shù)量隨之增加，現(xiàn)有檢修單位軸承的壓裝，還是人工作業(yè)，輪對的輸送靠人工推送，軸承和后擋等也是人工通過小車推送，勞動強度大，效率低，質量受人為干擾大。（剩余4792字）
