摘  要：文章通過(guò)分析企業(yè)供應(yīng)鏈管理業(yè)務(wù)現(xiàn)狀及存在的問(wèn)題，結(jié)合行業(yè)內(nèi)供應(yīng)鏈管理先進(jìn)理念、產(chǎn)品數(shù)據(jù)管理理論、系統(tǒng)集成管理等關(guān)鍵技術(shù)，提出有效的解決業(yè)務(wù)及系統(tǒng)方案，為企業(yè)供應(yīng)商協(xié)同設(shè)計(jì)管理方面提供有效的借鑒和參考，助力各企業(yè)更好地進(jìn)行供應(yīng)商協(xié)同設(shè)計(jì)，提高企業(yè)整體研發(fā)能力。

Abstract： This paper analyzes the current situation and existing problems of enterprise supply chain management business， and， in terms of business and system， proposes effective solutions based on the relevant situation of key technologies such as the advanced concept of supply chain management， the theory of product data management and system integration management in the industry， for the purpose of providing further optimization suggestions for enterprise supplier collaborative design， promoting various enterprises better supplier collaborative design， and improving the whole research and development ability of enterprises.

近年來(lái)，受世界大環(huán)境影響，中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展進(jìn)入了新常態(tài)，產(chǎn)品同質(zhì)化問(wèn)題突出，受大環(huán)境影響，裝備制造業(yè)行業(yè)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)日益加劇，那么，如何快速響應(yīng)用戶個(gè)性化需求就成為了新一輪企業(yè)與企業(yè)之間競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的焦點(diǎn)。（剩余4846字）
