摘 要:某電廠3號鍋爐排煙溫度偏高,且實際值與設計值偏差較大。為解決這些安全隱患,某電廠通過性能試驗發(fā)現(xiàn)影響排煙溫度的因素較多。收集現(xiàn)階段的運行參數(shù)與設計值進行比較,再綜合分析并提出改進措施,保證機組安全、經(jīng)濟運行。

Abstract: The exhaust gas temperature of No. 3 boiler in a power plant is high, and the actual value deviates greatly from the design value. In order to solve these potential safety hazards, a power plant found that there are many factors affecting the exhaust gas temperature through performance test. We collect the operation parameters at this stage and compare them with the design values, then comprehensively analyze and put forward improvement measures to ensure the safe and economic operation of the unit.
