不同固溶處理工藝對N08120鎳合金性能的影響

摘要:研究了1110~1190℃固溶處理工藝對N08120鎳合金鋼板的力學(xué)性能和組織的影響。結(jié)果表明:隨著固溶處理溫度的提高,合金的塑性和表面耐蝕性變好;在1190℃下,隨著固溶時間的增加,合金的塑性和表面耐蝕性先變好再變差。

Effect of different solid solution heat treatment processes on the properties of N08120 nickel alloy

Abstract: Investigated the effect of solid solution heat treatment process at 1110~1190℃ on the mechanical properties and microstructure of N08120 nickel alloy steel plate. The results show that as the solution treatment temperature increases, the plasticity and surface corrosion resistance of the alloy improve; Below 1190℃,as the solid solution time increases, the plasticity and surface corrosion resistance of the alloy first improve and then deteriorate.
