小口徑彈體淬火冷卻硬度分布不均勻分析

摘要:小口徑彈體用鋼消耗量大,硬度均勻性要求高,常規(guī)淬火處理后經常出現硬度偏低和波動性大的問題,不但影響了彈體的打擊能力,而且增加了生產成本。經過理論分析,確定了常規(guī)淬火硬度偏低和波動性大的原因,提出了淬火改進措施。試驗結果顯示:改進淬火處理后硬度和波動性均得到了改善,達到彈體的技術要求。

Discussion of hardness uneven of small bullet steel during quenching process

Abstract: The phenomenon of low and uneven hardness of small bullet steel offen occurs after normal heat treatment which affect the strike and productive capacity. The reason for the low and uneven of hardness are discussed and the improving processes are posed here. Results show that after modified quenching process the hardness were improved and the variations were decreased which meet the technical requirements of bullet steel.
