摘要:綜述了國(guó)內(nèi)鋼橋焊接接頭強(qiáng)韌性匹配情況。鋼板及焊接材料試驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)表明:原材料的強(qiáng)度波動(dòng)范圍較大,給強(qiáng)度匹配帶來較大的難度,需要在原材料標(biāo)準(zhǔn)中對(duì)其強(qiáng)度范圍進(jìn)行限制;某些項(xiàng)目規(guī)定的焊縫強(qiáng)度限制指標(biāo)缺乏理論依據(jù),需要進(jìn)行專題研究制定合理的波動(dòng)范圍。

Analysis of strength and toughness matching status of welded joints of steel bridges

Abstract: The domestic steel bridge welded joint strength and toughness matching is reviewed. Steel plate and welding material test data show that: the range of raw materials fluctuation strength is large, bringing greater difficulties to strength match. Therefore, limitations on strength range is needed in raw material standerds; In some programs, the weld seam strength limitation index lack of theoretical basis. There is a need for thematic research to develop a reasonable range of fluctuations based on each cases.
