[摘    要]真空擦拭機(jī)是一種仿人操作、高速運(yùn)行、重復(fù)操作和精度較高的自動(dòng)化設(shè)備，技術(shù)的出現(xiàn)和發(fā)展，不但使傳統(tǒng)的工業(yè)生產(chǎn)和科學(xué)研究發(fā)生根本性的變化，而且將對(duì)人類的社會(huì)生活產(chǎn)生深遠(yuǎn)的影響。文章對(duì)真空擦拭機(jī)真空吸附及掉料警報(bào)技術(shù)進(jìn)行了研究。
