[摘    要]  上海運城制版作為運城制版集團公司的研發(fā)及新產(chǎn)品基地，為與國際接軌需求一批自動化生產(chǎn)設(shè)備，沈陽機床成套設(shè)備有限責(zé)任公司生產(chǎn)的制版類專用產(chǎn)品SUC8202系列機床作為載體，與桁架機械手或六軸機器人進行通訊交互，達成無人化、自動化生產(chǎn)的實施。

Application of NC Machine tool Automatic Production Line in Plate Making Industry

[Abstract]Yuncheng plate making group has 83 holding subsidiaries， 54 domestic subsidiaries and 29 foreign subsidiaries. There are 77 subsidiaries engaged in the plate making industry， with more than 450 electronic engraving machines and laser engraving machines independently developed and produced in advanced countries such as Germany， the United States， Switzerland， Israel and Japan， forming a production capacity with an annual output of more than 2 million plate rollers， with a domestic market share of more than 76%. The production scale and production capacity rank first in the same industry in the world， and it is the largest professional plate making in the world. As the R & D and new product base of Yuncheng plate making group company， Shanghai Yuncheng plate making needs a batch of automatic production equipment to meet the international standards. Through the special plate making product suc8202 series machine tools produced by our company as the carrier， it communicates with the truss manipulator or six axis robot to achieve unmanned， Implementation of automated production.
