摘鉤機(jī)器人在貫通式雙車(chē)翻車(chē)機(jī)系統(tǒng)中的應(yīng)用

[摘    要]針對(duì)翻車(chē)機(jī)系統(tǒng)未實(shí)現(xiàn)全自動(dòng)問(wèn)題,研發(fā)并應(yīng)用了火車(chē)摘鉤人并融入貫通式雙車(chē)翻車(chē)機(jī)生產(chǎn)流程,最終實(shí)現(xiàn)了翻車(chē)機(jī)系統(tǒng)的全自動(dòng)運(yùn)行。摘鉤機(jī)器人的應(yīng)用替代人工操作,避免了安全風(fēng)險(xiǎn),并且切實(shí)提高了生產(chǎn)效率。

Application of Hook Picking Robot in Through-type Double-car Dμmper System

[Abstract]In view of the problem that the dμmper system is not fully automatic, this paper develops and applies the train picker and integrates it into the production process of the through-type double-car dμmper, and finally realizes the fully automatic operation of the dμmper system. The application of the hook picking robot replaces manual operation, avoids safety risks, and effectively improves production efficiency.
