扭力彈簧開(kāi)裂及斷裂分析

[摘    要]飛機(jī)在打開(kāi)口蓋后發(fā)現(xiàn)扭力彈簧斷裂,通過(guò)對(duì)彈簧外觀、斷口宏微觀觀察,對(duì)材料的組織、硬度及氫含量測(cè)試進(jìn)行檢查分析。結(jié)果表明:彈簧開(kāi)裂及斷裂性質(zhì)為氫脆;建議按照GB 4358—1995《碳素彈簧鋼絲》標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求,鍍Cd之后立即除氫。

Torsion Spring Cracking and Fracture Analysis

[Abstract]The torsion spring was found to be broken after opening the cover of the aircraft. By observing the appearance of the spring and the macro and microscopic observation of the fracture, the microstructure, hardness and hydrogen content of the material were examined and analyzed. The results show that the spring cracking and fracture properties are hydrogen embrittlement; it is recommended to remove hydrogen immediately after Cd plating in accordance with the requirements of GB4358.
