裝箱算法在卷煙配載驗證系統(tǒng)中的應(yīng)用

[摘    要]針對上海煙草儲運公司實際業(yè)務(wù)需求開發(fā)了卷煙自動配載及驗證系統(tǒng)，設(shè)計了一種卷煙裝車驗證算法，根據(jù)選擇的訂單及車輛信息，驗證是否能成功裝車，并生成裝車圖，以指導(dǎo)現(xiàn)場裝車。通過實際訂單數(shù)據(jù)對算法進行測試，證明了算法的有效性，可以保證裝車一次成功率并提高單車滿載率。

Application of Packing Algorithm in Cigarette Packing Verification System

[Abstract]According to the actual business needs of Shanghai Tobacco Storage and Transportation Company， this paper develops an automatic cigarette loading and verification system， and designs a cigarette loading verification algorithm. According to the selected order and vehicle information， it is verified whether the loading can be successful， and the loading is generated. Picture， used to guide on-site loading. The algorithm is tested through actual order data to prove the effectiveness of the algorithm， which can ensure the first-time success rate of loading and increase the full load rate of bicycles.
