基于田口算法的機(jī)電液耦合器結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化

[摘    要]本研究通過(guò)Maxwel軟件明確機(jī)電液耦合器電磁結(jié)構(gòu)中q軸磁路狹窄問(wèn)題,明確借助極弧系數(shù)調(diào)整,可減少耦合器轉(zhuǎn)矩時(shí)的波動(dòng)反應(yīng),通過(guò)正交試驗(yàn)確定最優(yōu)參數(shù)值:a為10 mm;b為4.8 mm;c為16 mm;d為17.5 mm,并經(jīng)過(guò)模型對(duì)比證實(shí)優(yōu)化效果顯著。

[Abstract]In this study, Maxwell software is used to clarify the narrow problem of q-axis magnetic circuit in the electromagnetic structure of electromechanical hydraulic coupler. It is clear that the fluctuation response of coupler torque can be reduced by adjusting the pole arc coefficient. The optimal parameter value is determined by orthogonal test: A: 10 mm; b:4.8 mm; c:16 mm; d: 17.5 mm, and the model comparison shows that the optimization effect is remarkable.
