【摘要】目的：探討心理護理對泌尿外科患者術(shù)前心理焦慮癥狀的影響。方法：選取100例擇期手術(shù)治療的泌尿外科疾病患者，按隨機數(shù)字表法原則，分成觀察組、對照組各50例。對照組采取常規(guī)術(shù)前護理措施，觀察組在對照組基礎(chǔ)上增加心理護理。比較兩組術(shù)前的焦慮情緒（SAS評分）與術(shù)前血壓與心率指標。結(jié)果：兩組患者術(shù)前1d的SAS評分均較入院時降低，觀察組術(shù)前1d的SAS評分（43.35±4.25）分低于對照組的（48.16±4.88）分，差異有統(tǒng)計學意義（t=8.002，P

【Abstract】Objective： To investigate the effect of psychological nursing on preoperative psychological anxiety symptoms in urological patients. Methods： A total of 100 patients with urological diseases treated with elective surgery were divided into observation group and control group with 50 cases in each group.
