中藥手環(huán)聯(lián)合穴位貼敷對妊娠劇吐患者癥狀改善、生活質(zhì)量及舒適度的影響

【摘要】目的：討論在治療妊娠劇吐患者時應(yīng)用中藥手環(huán)聯(lián)合穴位貼敷對其癥狀改善、生活質(zhì)量以及舒適度的影響。方法：選擇我科2021年6月—2023年1月收治的妊娠劇吐患者50例，利用隨機數(shù)表法生成常規(guī)組與結(jié)合組，常規(guī)組實施常規(guī)治療，結(jié)合組在其基礎(chǔ)上實施中藥手環(huán)聯(lián)合穴位貼敷進行治療，對比治療效果。結(jié)果：結(jié)合組總有效率更高，分娩率更高，妊娠終止率更低，各項生活質(zhì)量均更高，舒適度更高（P

【Abstract】Objective： To discuss the effect of Chinese medicine bracelet combined with acupoint application on the improvement of symptoms， quality of life and comfort in the treatment of hyperemesis gravidarum. Methods： 50 cases of hyperemesis gravidarum patients admitted to our department from June 2021 to January 2023 were selected and randomized number table method was used to create a conventional group and a combination group.
