更年期骨質(zhì)疏松的防治進展

【摘要】骨質(zhì)疏松是一種以骨組織微結(jié)構(gòu)破壞和骨量減少為特點的系統(tǒng)性骨病，可引起骨質(zhì)密度和骨脆性增大，進而引起骨折的發(fā)生。婦女在更年期初期會出現(xiàn)明顯的骨量減少。通過對骨質(zhì)疏松癥的誘發(fā)因素、診斷和治療方法的研究，探討如何在婦女絕經(jīng)期防治骨質(zhì)疏松癥，減少其發(fā)生和危害。

Progress in the prevention and treatment of menopausal osteoporosis

【Abstract】Osteoporosis is a systemic bone disease characterized by destruction of the microstructure of bone tissue and reduction of bone mass， which can cause increased bone density and bone fragility， leading to the occurrence of fractures. Women can experience significant bone loss in the early stages of menopause. By studying the predisposing factors， diagnosis， and treatment methods of osteoporosis， this article explores how to prevent and treat osteoporosis in women during menopause and reduce its occurrence and harm.
